What's the deposit and payment policy?
A deposit of half the estimated charges is required to book, with the balance due on arrival. To hold a date we need your contact information and a credit card for damage and security. No dates are confirmed until the deposit is received. Credit cards are accepted with a 4% convenience fee.
What taxes and fees apply?
An 8% lodging tax is added to all rentals. Cleaning fees vary by rental ($40 for The Casita up to $300 for the entire lodge). If you bring in your own cooks or caterers, a $200 per-day facility fee applies. If you hire an outside fishing or hunting guide, there's a $25 per boat, per outing facility fee — we're your first source for approved local guides.
Can I bring my own boat?
Absolutely. There's a state park boat launch next door, with bait and supplies available in Arroyo City. We're here to point you in the right direction and have a comfortable bed waiting when you get back.
Do you allow pets?
No pets or emotional support animals. If you have a service dog, please submit its registration and service papers before check-in.
What's included in the fishing and cast & blast packages?
Full-service packages include lodging, meals, guides, gear, and fish cleaning. The Cast & Blast package adds field fees and hunts. Packages exclude alcohol, gratuities, and (for hunts) ammunition. Loaner shotguns are available for $25 per hunt.
Is there night fishing?
Yes — our lighted pier is open for night fishing around the lights, right off the dock, without leaving the property.
Any house guidelines we should know?
We're a working lodge with daily guides, guests, and service teams. Please keep common areas tidy, bag and trash cooking grease (never down the drains — we're on a septic system), keep music down at night out of respect for neighbors, and no unsupervised children in the elevator.
